Address Change Policy
Items that require an address change mid processing and fulfilment will be subject to a $25 charge.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in re-sellable condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us or email us info@chefsac.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, along with the reasoning (defective, damages, pictures, videos, etc). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Items that are opened, used, not in re-sellable condition and/or returned after 30 days from the date of shipping will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping - Canada and USA
We ship to Canada and the USA. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Please note that because it is outside of continental USA, delivery times may take longer. Please note that all domestic shipping charges will not be refundable.
Shipping - Internationally
We ship internationally only by request. We fulfill out of North America and charge shipping accordingly. Customers will be responsible for all Custom fee, VAT, Duty and Tax Fees. Please contact us with which product your interested in and the country/destination: info@chefsac.com so we can give you an estimated shipping cost. Please note that all international shipping charges will not be refundable.
